- A black/gold high-kneck polka dot dress (very 1950s, I love it) ($23)

- A black/gold striped banded sweater (the band is great, you can adjust it from crop top to tunic instantly). ($20)

After about 2 months of resistance, i've finally caved in and bought the £38 cardigan in River Island. Tiny bit more than I would have normally spent , but it's sooooo warm, and has pockets. Totally worth it!

i just bought a vintage 70's striped shirtdress that is several sizes too large (i fully intend on altering it, the fabric was too charming to pass up) and a hilariously bad Hawaiian minidress that fits really tights through the shoulders, but i am willing to endure that for the sake of having such a travesty of a dress.
