I'd love to go to Infinitus/Azkatraz/something similar but there are like none in the UK. :(
I'm not letting that get in the way of going to the theme park though O_O <3

I LOVE Harry Potter. I love everything about the wizarding world... I like how there are evil wizards.. My favourite book is the 6th one. Followed by the 4th & 7th (can't decide), then the 5th, then 3rd, then 1st, then 2nd. & I know I would be in Ravenclaw or Slytherin. I'd never be in Gryffindor & if I were put in Hufflepuff i'd leave & go to beauxbatons!

And I just did the sorting thing and got put in Hufflepuff haha! But I was only 1 point off Gryffindor!

I think I loved the Deathly Hallows the most!
*spoiler alert*
Because I knew that Snape was good. He's my favorite character. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE FILM OMG THEY BETTER MAKE HIM A HUGE PART OF THE MOVIE SINCE THEY DENIED "THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE" HIS MAJOR ROLE IN "THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE". I can still read that chapter, "The Prince's Tale" and cry. It's amazing. Seriously.
I love Harry Potter more than life itself.

I thought I'd make this a reply just to say that you're freaking awesome!
Now onto the general stuff:
I looove the series. I got really into it when I was like thirteen, and now I'm a dorky fanfiction writer in the hope that when I move back to the UK next year, I will break into the premiere. I'm not even kidding: I'm living in London.
I think my favourite would have to be the last one, since it's really where it all came together. I also cry every time I read the Prince's Tale, and when Dobby dies! But after that, either HBP or POA (I'm a major Marauders fan).
Well, I want to be a bad ass Slytherin, or something but, according to house sorting quizes on forums (nerd, told you) I'm a Hufflepuff. I've grown accustomed to the house since. x x x

I started reading the Harry Potter books when I was a kid so I've grown up with them. I am so glad I was part of that generation as well because it was so much fun waiting for a new book to come out and speculating on what was going to happen. I think I read Deathly Hallows in about 7 hours straight.
Did anyone else obsessively visit websites like JK's one or mugglenet for theories?

I plan to reread the books once again as soon as schools out, and get sucked back into the world that was such a big part of me growing up. :] Sucks theres no more midnight premieres for the books. I was SO crushed when I missed the release of the seventh book because I was visiting family in Europe. But at least there's still two movies that I can go to the midnight premiere of! haha, im such a nerd. but its okay.

i have a crazy obsession with Emma Watson and i wanna marry her one day. i feel like i would definitely be in Griffyndor. (spelling again) but yes. harry potter is the most amazing thing to happen to this earth. all the books are amazing and when the 7th movie comes out.... For aesthetic purposes, I'd like to say I'm in Slytherin lol coz I think Rick Owens would be in that house.

OH, I LOVE HARRY POTTER.

my favorite book is a tie between the order of the phoenix and the prisoner of azkaban. i, honestly, can't pick my favorite character either, but i do love the black family, they're the best. all of them, bellatrix, sirius, regulus, tonks, the whole lot of them. but i also love ron. i remember being eleven and not talking to my parents for a week because they didn't send my application as a baby, i was sure i would've gotten the letter if they did.
i think i'd be a slytherin, i'm sure, actually. i know i'd fit in there, and i like it the best, too.

My favourite books have just got to be the Order of the Phoenix and the Deathly Hallows. lovelovelove Harry Potter, well, as much as a Slytherin can.
Last summer I went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and went on all the rides three times, even though I'd never been on an actual roller coasted like the dragon one, because I was saving it for then.
I've read all the books 20+ times, and watch the films constantly, a very potter musical is bookmarked on my internet browser, as is a very potter sequel, I make refrences CONSTANTLY, which annoys the shit out of my friends, and I have Average Wizard as my homepage.
Oh, and my Tumblr dash is filled with Harry Potter pretty much, and a bit of friends/skins.

So, my favorite book is Order of the Phoenix. I love the character development and the real glimpses of how the Wizarding World has plenty of faults.
Some of my favorite parts of the series are the backstories. Virtually every character has a history and is incredibly dynamic. The only two dimensional characters I can think of are Professor Binns and some of the random Death Eaters and barely named Hogwarts student.
I'm a Slytherin. I know, I know, everyone says they are a Slytherin or a Gryffindor. I legitamely thought I was Ravenclaw because I'm so nerdy, but I took a really great Sorting Hat quiz which placed me in Slytherin. Then I really though about it. I do belong there, not because I'm evil or love the color green (that's not important to any house), but because of my personality. Here's the test: personalitylab.org/tests/ccq_hogwarts.htm
Has anyone read Harry Potter and Philosophy? Has anyone heard anything about the Scottish Book?

Harry Potter is the best. thing. ever. I'm watching Order of the Phoenix as I type, and I'm about halfway through reading The Deathly Hallows (it's my fourth time through the series). My friends and I are all obsessed, of course, and are planning a marathon of all the movies, along with various Harry Potter themed treats before the last movie comes out! Since then ive waited patiently for my acceptance letter (it's lost in the mail, I tell you!!) and read and reread every single book. Oh god, I know I'm going to cry at the last movie. I live and breathe Harry Potter. This magical young man has helped me out of a tough situation many times over. I've am on my eleventh reading of the series, and I hope to keep reading them regularly. I don't think I will ever get sick of the books. Every time I read a book over, I learned something new about a character or a situation. I can barely even express how much I love the series. My favorite book is definetely the sixth one.
I saw the first movie when I was six, and started to read all of the books in fifth grade, when I could fully comprehend them. i am so glad Harry Potter came into my life. I have NO CLUE what I would do without him.

ooooooh, I could write about how I love HP ... I read all the books for many times in my language and in english, and I still does it... when I'm nervous I just read one chapter (or two, ok, maybe ten) and it all feels like magic... I'm crazy about it :)
I have so much stories about reading HP
.... like... when I was preparing for my entrance exam for collage, I was telling my friends that I believe that I need my HP knowledge to pass that exam (exam for Faculty of humanities and soc. sciences -> they ask all kind of things) ...and it happened - I had a question about mandrake :D !!!
...crazy thing is that I was growing up whit Harry and his friends - when he was eleven, so was I :) (as every year a new book apeared) - so it wasn't hard to imagine myself and my friends in Hogwarts :)
... I like most characters so much that I can't decide which is my favourite - when I have to study-I am fan of Hermione, when I'm in a very good mood-I feel like Weasley brothers ... I can always find my self somewhere...
Hagrid is so kind, Ginny is so cool, oooh, I really can't decide :P
I like all 7 stories but in the last one I really dislike how the story ends up too fast - so much trouble to find and to destroy first few horcruxes and than averithing goes too easy ... that's the one thing that I find annoying but I don't want to complain at all :D
My fav is 6.book because of the Dumbledores instructions :) 3. one because of Sirius and 4. book - cause of tournament.
and now I have to stop talking ... yes, I would be in Griffindor - cause I want it so much - and if you do --> wishes are taken into account :)
