A tradition for some old friends and I, was to get seriously blitzed at my apartment in the city + go next door to the cinemas + just pick random movies to watch.
We ended up seeing some shockers like Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, Jumper, Made of Honour, How To Lose Friends and Alienate People, The Invention of Lying and Role Models D:
We DID see a rescreening of High Fidelity once, though. That was siick :D

Sucker Punch = Worst movie of the year. I don't know if they were trying to mimic Sailor Moon, Dr. Who, Mortal Combat, Kill Bill, The Fifth Element, iRobot, Lord of the Rings, and Beowulf or if they just couldn't come up with their own characters, but either way the movie was terrible.
There really just haven't been any good action/ scary movies out lately, can't we just go back to killing vampires instead of falling in love with them?

Are there anyone who watched D-War? It is a story about a giant dragon, but there's a big hole in the story that a giant dragon can go though... super suck!
Another one is Chinese movie, Kung-fu Dunk; which is also super suck. You may understand how suck this movie is in a next sentence: there's a secret kung-fu time travel martial arts, which can turn a game around in the basketball movie...

I would say The Wrestler is the worst movie I've ever seen. I always give movies a fair chance and watch them until the end, even if they suck half way through. So I tried, and it was torture. Needless to say it was a horrible and boring movie that was a waste of my time and patience. My step dad took the disc outside when we were done watching it and snapped it in half, lmao. (It was just a burned disc anyway, but he made his point)

I generally give movies a fair chance, and I forgot a lot of the bad ones so quickly so it's hard for me to respond to this haha. Ok, the first Twilight I hated (dull, the effects were blah, the acting bad) so I didn't bother to watch the other ones that came out. New Years Eve was bad too, so disappointing. Oh and this train movie called Unstoppable with Denzel and Chris Pine - ironic how a movie about a speeding train would go on at a snail's pace. I don't watch any urban movies as well (like any of the Medea movies, or a lot of Eddie Murphy's work) coz I think they're crass and tasteless.

I was very disappointed in Where The Wild Things Are because OI loved the book when I was kid, the movie was so bad I left the movie theater before it was over.
