Hey guys,
My boyfriend took some shots of my looks today and they photos look so much clearer than me using a timer all the time.
I have a little remote and you can normally see them in my photos which looks so unprofessional of me. But my photos are so blurry and when I edit them they dont have that clean clear crispiness to them, like you see in other peoples photos.
ITS SO FRUSTRATING. so can anyone help me out with the settings e.t.c and how to get a nice clearer image, I have a canon 500d, a remote timer, and a tripod? :)

have you ever tried taking the pictures with flash? even if you think the surrounding light conditions are good, the flash makes the photo clearer at almost every time. what software do you use for editing?

i use a flash but it seems like the focus point is always out of focus and the trees seem to be clearer than my outfit and face.
i use a flash always. and i dont hardly edit them too much, and its normally on pixlr.com :)

sounds unusual... can you set the focus point to a different position? i'm not an expert in editing or so, so I can't say much to that. Try GIMP, I think it's a nice tool to sharpen your photos.
