CHECK EVERY STORE GUUUUURRLLLLLLL!

No really check it now, every store is going on clearance so you'll definitely find coloured skinny jeans.

Lots of places! Urban Outfitters, H&M... online try ASOS and ebay for cheap, free/fast shipping. Or any thrift/secondhand store. They're literally everywhere. Lots of options!

I bought some really really nice pairs on Forever21. I find that their trousers are nice. They have plenty of nice colors in slim cuts.

Forever 21 would be the cheapest but it IS hard to find a pair that doesn't look cheap. I think your best bet would be H&M and then U.O. Good luck!

pretty much everywhere has colored jeans....forever 21. target, marshall's, ross, thrift stores- those are probably your best bet for cheaper ones. good luck :)
