What do you do to get ready in the morning? A ritual you swear by at least once a week? How long does it take you to get ready?

it really depends on how much time i have in the morning and how i feel about my appearance that day.
after bathing and brushing my teeth, the usual would be to put on moisturizer, define my eyebrows and put a bit of eyeliner. that's my stripped down, uber basic routine--the default when i'm pressed for time (that would be all the time). when i have more time or i'm feeling extra ugly i put on mascara and lip stain, maybe a bit of taupe eyeshadow. depending on what i'm wearing i may swipe a bit of lipstick.
on average it takes me a little more than an hour to get ready.
i wash my hair about twice a week but i shampoo my fringe every other day because it gets greasy faster. i try to steam my face once a week; it's great for the skin and i noticed blemishes heal faster and i had clearer skin when i started doing that.

Morning Routine (time: 1 hour)
Put in contacts, brush teeth, wash face, acne treatment, spf moisturizer, deoderant, hair, get dressed, curl lashes, mascara, perfume, leave house
That's just a typical week day getting ready for work. If it's the weekend or something then it takes me about 3 hours to get ready

If I'm really really really rushing I just take a quick 5min shower, make a bun with a braid in my hair, then hide the fringe with a tiara (it looks alwful if I don't arrange it). Then put a tinted sunblock, some quick powder, a light lipstick and some mascara. Get dressed and I'm ready. This takes 15 minutes or less.
If I'm not rushing I take a good long relaxing bath, wash my hair, put hair mask, conditioner, then dry it, strenght the fringe so it doesn't look terrible, put some make up, eyeliner, lipstick, spend some minutes deciding the clothes I'm gonna wear, put on my shoes and I'm out! :)

In the morning:
Shower / Wash face
Get dressed
Brush teeth
Apply moisturizer, some concealer in necessary areas, eyeshadow (sometimes), eyeliner and mascara. (This step is also sometimes left undone or done on the bus, depending on my day)
Either I leave my hair alone, or put it up in a quick bun.
This usually takes me 5-15 minutes, depending when I wake up.
During the day:
LOTS OF LIP BALM because my lips dry out really fast, especially in the winter.
In the evening:
Remove makeup
Brush teeth
Shower and wash face with acne treatment, then cleanser
Towel dry hair (if washed) and apply repairing treatment before blow drying it.
Remove flaking nail polish and/or apply new (or else I just let it flake, but I can't have bare nails for some reason)
Moisturize both face and body.
This will take me about 30 minutes - 1 hour depending on if I put on nail polish, if I'm really tired or what not.

uhh morning routine... I start with like hygiene stuff then I put on clothing and then put on make up, which takes like 20 minutes on average (I get distracted lots) and then brush my hair and do whatever else I might have forgotten.
I don't really have a night routine.

I take a shower in the evenings, as Chelle above me does, so in the mornings I have not really got lots of things to do:
1. "Quick-Wash" of face and so on
2. Dress
3. Put moisturizer and mascara on
4. Look for fitting accessories
5. Do my hair
6. have breakfast with mommy and dad :D
7. Brush teeth
8. Rush to schoooool

i take showers at night, and then I sleep in a sock bun so when I take it out in the morning, I have really great curls that don't take much work. Then in the morning, I normally:
1. brush my teeth
2. put in my contacts
3. wash my face with a splash of water
4. moisturize
5. put on foundation
6. curl my lashes, and mascara, sometimes cat eyeliner if there's time
7. lip balm
8. spritz of perfume and then I'm out the door
